The holidays are a time of sharing, joyfulness, company parties and the sharing of that joyful liquid refreshment better known as alcohol. If you’ve been trying to get your paws on that beautiful colleague in the office for a while now, this is the perfect time to bust a move. This advice also applies to those teenagers working winter jobs and seeking teen dating advice.
Everyone is in a fantastic mood. Work is but an afterthought and food and beverages are on the company making sure to leave your wallet as well as your stomach full. 
The holiday party is also a great time to break out of the mold that everyone has cast you in. If you are introverted, it’s time to show that coworker of yours that you can be fun and outgoing. If you are known as the party type, it’s time to show her the deeper, inner side to you. Whatever your personality, now’s the time to get cracking and attempt to put a smile on her face.
A bit of a warning: Remember that any hooking up that occurs while you are at the party will lead to never ending talk at the office water cooler and could adversely affect your position within the company. Also, remember that there will be people taking snap shots through the party, if not by the coworkers, then by the company suck up who will surely catch you in a compromising position if you allow him to. Don’t be surprised if the photo then ends up on MySpace or Facebook.
With that in mind, party on and enjoy yourself. Try to be the life of the party. New Year’s Eve is coming up and what better way to make sure you have someone to kiss when the ball drops and snuggle with after.
